Perle Hotels is seeking a skilled, motivated, and hands‑on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Am Braigh
, the signature restaurant within the Bracken Hide Hotel.

The Bracken Hide is looking for a Sous Chef to join their concept restaurant in Portree, the Isle of Skye. This is a full‑time 45 hours a week permanent contract reporting into and supporting the Head Chef.

The Am Braigh restaurant offers the best of Skye produce, cooked elegantly, in a modern setting. The menu highlights the wide variety of produce, seafood and delicacies from the amazing Skye larder.

As a Sous Chef we seek candidates who are guest‑focused and dedicated to creating memorable culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all health and safety procedures in a kitchen adhere to the highest standards.
