This role is ideal for someone at the start of their ecommerce or digital journey who enjoys working with detail, likes seeing the results of their work live online, and wants hands‑on experience in a supportive team environment.

Every product listing, image, and promotion you work on helps customers find what they need quickly and confidently. Your attention to detail directly supports customer trust, website performance, and online sales.

You won’t just be “updating pages” — you’ll be helping deliver a better online experience every day.

• Keeping product listings accurate, up to date, and easy to understand
• Organising products into clear categories and filters so customers can find what they need fast
• Uploading images, spec sheets, and digital content that bring products to life
• Supporting banners, featured products, and seasonal campaigns
• Spotting website issues such as broken links or display errors and flagging them for action
• Working with colleagues across the business to gather product information and assets
• Supporting day‑to‑day ecommerce administration and basic reporting
• Learning and developing within the ecommerce team, with opportunities to implement small website updates as your confidence grows
• Taking part in internal and external meetings to support ecommerce growth and collaboration

• A strong eye for detail and pride in getting things right
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confidence using digital systems and a willingness to learn
• A positive, dependable team player with an interest in ecommerce or digital content
• Basic HTML knowledge is helpful, but not essential
