Overview
Permanent part time – 15 hours per week. Lush Inverness is recruiting a permanent sales assistant to join the team in their High Street store.
This role suits someone confident with people, comfortable in a busy retail setting, and happy representing a values led brand through face to face customer service.
The role- You will support customers on the shop floor and help deliver a positive in store experience.
- You will talk confidently about products and help customers find what suits them.
- You will support tills, stock handling, and general shop duties.
- You will work closely with the wider team during busy trading periods.
15 hours per week. Shifts will include weekends and some flexibility across the week. Start date is expected in March, to be confirmed.
What we are looking for- You must be 18 or over.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts.
- Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential.
- Permanent part time employment.
- Training and development within the Lush brand.
- Staff discount and team based working environment.
- A central Inverness location.
