Retail Store Manager – We need an experienced, energetic leader to manage our phone store, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

• Lead and oversee the store team, creating a positive and productive place to work.
• Take care of the store’s daily operations, such as opening and closing procedures.
• Make plans for sales that will help you meet or beat your goals.
• Oversee merchandising to make sure that items are displayed attractively and stock levels are maintained.
• Set up the timetable and ensure adequate staffing during busy periods.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Keep track of sales reports, inventory logs and other administrative information.
• Monitor store performance metrics and report to the director.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.

• Proven experience managing or supervising in a retail setting.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Customer‑service‑first attitude.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 a year
