Do you know your way round trailers, enjoy helping customers and don't mind getting stuck in?
We're looking for a Trailer & Fencing Specialist to join our Inverness team.

If you enjoy variety, take pride in delivering excellent customer service and have an interest in trailers, fencing or agricultural products, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Trailer & Fencing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and helping drive sales across our trailer and fencing product ranges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving customers at the trade counter and in the yard.
- Providing advice and guidance on trailers, fencing and associated products.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
- Supporting trailer sales, demonstrations and customer handovers.
- Loading and unloading stock safely.
- Maintaining attractive and well‑presented trailer and fencing displays.
- Assisting with stock control and replenishment.
- Building strong relationships with trade, agricultural and domestic customers.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
We're looking for someone who is approachable, practical and enjoys working with customers.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Knowledge of trailers or previous experience working with trailer products.
- Experience in a trade counter, sales, yard, agricultural, construction or merchanting environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Good organisational and IT skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience with fencing products, agricultural equipment or outdoor machinery would be advantageous but isn't essential.
