* We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team in busy traditional Butcher Shop with a great reputation and with loyal customers and friendly staff. This is an exiting opportunity to help run the business for the right candidate
* Responsibilities
* - Prepare various cuts of meat according to specifications
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the butcher area
- Collaborate with other staff to meet production requirements
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
* Skills
* - Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role
- Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
- Understanding of food production processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
