Filling Station Assistant - Mills

Overview

We need a new colleague with excellent customer service skills to join our friendly team at Highland Fuels Balfron, one of our Morrisons retail outlets. The position includes all aspects of working in a petrol station, including serving customers, restocking, cleaning, and related duties.

The job requires 10‑hour contracts per week, flexibility to cover a 7‑day operation, heavy lifting, lone working and potential extra hours for holiday cover. Applicants must be over 18, and a background in food (preferably Level
3) is desirable.

Remuneration: £12.71 per hour.

• Full training will be provided.
• Work 10 hours per week.
• Adapt to a 7-day weekly rota and provide holiday cover when required.
• Perform heavy lifting and lone working tasks safely.
• Sell alcohol in compliance with age restrictions.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked petrol station environment.
