Smyths Toys is one of the world's largest specialty retailers of children's toys. We operate both online and via our physical retail stores, with hundreds of stores spread across Europe and the UK. We source our product range from an extensive array of UK, European, and international suppliers.

We are looking for Sales Assistants for our Smyths Toys Superstores. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business in a fun environment.

Temporary contract. Pay £12.90 per hour for staff over 21 and £11.00 per hour for staff under 21.

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Work delivery and complete price changes
• Work on the tills
• Learn about and keep up to date with our products in order to help customers

Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable, but not essential:

• Outdoor/Bikes
• Nursery
• Software & Gaming
• Backdoor/Warehouse

Our stores are open 7 days a week so we need our Sales Assistants to be as flexible as possible.
