This is a permanent full-time 8‑30 hour position based in the Inverness store. The role requires 2–5 days of flexibility, including weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL DOAs an H&M Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
- Support commercial and operational actions together with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors, using knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
- Provide and receive feedback to support personal and team development.
Our store teams include Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers – together creating an inspirational environment for customers and colleagues.
