Salary:Up to £34,000 per annum

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate,you’lltravelbetween different stores in yourarea,supportingwhereyou’reneeded most.

Day to dayyou’llwork alongside the store managerto:

• Recruit,inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Createa fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

• Bringing fresh ideas from yourpreviousexperience inretailmanagement, ideally 1+ years
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
• Thisrole involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UKdriving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
