Full job description Business Development Manager (Crane Hire / Lifting Solutions) Highlands, Scotland £55,000-£60,000  Uncapped Commission (OTE £75,000-£80,000)  Company Car  Private Healthcare  Life Insurance  Progression Are you a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or Technical Sales professional with experience selling into construction, lifting, logistics, energy, ports, industrial or engineering environments, looking for a field-based role where you can take ownership of new business growth across the Highlands?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing provider of crane hire, contract lifting, port services and project solutions. This is a newly focused territory role where you will have the autonomy to develop a strong client base, open new doors and build long-term commercial relationships across the Highlands. In this role, you will focus on generating new business across the region, targeting contractors, infrastructure projects, industrial businesses and energy clients.

You will manage the full sales process from prospecting and client meetings through to commercial proposals, negotiations and securing profitable new contracts. This role would suit a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Technical Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager or Commercial Manager with a strong hunter mentality and experience selling into crane hire, lifting, construction, logistics, industrial, engineering, energy or related sectors.

The Role Win new business across the Highlands Target construction, industrial and energy clients Build relationships with senior decision-makers Generate leads through networking and prospecting Manage a proactive sales pipeline and CRM Attend client meetings and site visits Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts Work with operations teams on project delivery

The Person Proven B2B new business sales experience Strong hunter mentality and prospecting ability Relevant sector experience desirable Comfortable managing a large field territory Commercially aware with pricing and margin knowledge Strong knowledge of the Highlands market Self-motivated and target-driven Full UK driving licence  Key Words:
