Sales Assistant - Entry Level

Sales Assistant (No Experience Required) Full-Time Equivalent Availability (5 full days a week) - Immediate Starts Available! Looking for an opportunity to develop your communication, sales and customer engagement skills within a fast-paced environment Based in Central London, our client is an established sales and marketing company representing recognised brands and non-profit organisations. Due to continued client demand, they are expanding their events division and are looking for motivated individuals to join their team.

Successful applicants will support face-to-face customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns across a variety of event-based environments, including retail pop-ups, promotional events and other high-footfall locations across London. Please Read Before Applying:
Our client is specifically looking for individuals who can commit to 5 full working days per week on a long-term basis. Due to the availability required, this opportunity is not suitable for candidates currently in education (school, college or university), including current international students.

The Role Includes Face-to-face sales and customer engagement. Representing recognised client campaigns professionally. Supporting brand awareness and customer acquisition. Working across events, retail pop-ups and promotional environments. Answering customer questions and providing a high standard of customer service. Working alongside a motivated and energetic team. What Our Client Offers Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable) for representing a client campaign for a full day, alongside commission and financial incentives - Earnings paid weekly.

Client training, product guidance and invitations to daily upskilling sessions. A supportive and energetic team environment. Opportunities to attend networking events, workshops and team activities. Performance-based recognition and additional incentives may be available. UK and international travel opportunities may be available. Opportunities may become available to support upskilling sessions and share knowledge with others as experience grows. No previous sales experience is required.

Successful applicants will operate on a subcontracted basis, with earnings opportunities including a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), commission and financial incentives.
