Regional Sales Director Hotels
Kellan Group is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales to lead the revenue strategy for a 2–3 hotel cluster around Inverness. You will shape commercial plans, build key partnerships and drive bookings across corporate, MICE and group segments.
Based in the Highlands with travel across Scotland, you will manage a high-impact sales team, optimize pricing and distribution, and partner with general managers to maximise ADR and occupancy.
