37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a Security Vetting Analyst, working with our client, Capgemini In this role, you will be responsible for processing personnel security background checks on staff working for the organisation. What you'll do Conduct security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractors Manage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors Analyse security clearance investigation reports, making recommendations to management Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes What you'll bring The successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level.
Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable. Experience in administrative or process-based work, with the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently. Training will be provided to develop role-specific knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information and make informed decisions. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Support and guidance will be provided on relevant policies and procedures. A customer-focused approach, with the ability to deliver a consistent and high-quality service to a range of stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective working relationships across different teams. A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with training and ongoing support provided to help you succeed in the role.
