Refrigeration Engineer – Inverness

Salary: £45,000 + Van + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a leading FM provider, working across a portfolio of commercial contracts in the Inverness region. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for long-term stability, a strong team environment, and ongoing professional development.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across commercial sites, including:

* PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance)

* Routine servicing and inspections

* Reactive repairs and breakdown support

* Fault finding and diagnostics

* Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with technical standards

* Completing job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent

* F-Gas 2079 Certification (essential)

* Strong background in commercial refrigeration within an FM environment

* Experience working on systems such as cold rooms, display units, freezers, chillers

* Full UK driving licence

* Good communication and customer service skills
