Experienced Lead Worker

At Macleod Roofing, we’re looking for an experienced lead worker to join our Inverness team. If you have experience working with lead roofing systems, including bossing, flashings, and welding, we want to hear from you!

• Install, repair, and maintain lead roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Work with bossing, flashings, and welding techniques to deliver high-quality roofing solutions
• Collaborate with a team of skilled tradespeople to complete projects to the highest standard
• Ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Proven experience working with lead roofing systems
• Strong understanding of bossing, flashings, and welding techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in roofing (preferred)
