- Experience and knowledge:
To work as part of our TLC service suitable experience and embedded knowledge supporting young people in crisis is mandatory. - You will demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people and demonstrate sound communication and judgement.
- You will be able to evidence clarity over protecting personal and professional boundaries at all times.
- Register under the PVG scheme.
- Ideally have a full driver’s licence and will require business insurance.
