• Provide life-changing support tailored to an individual’s unique needs, understanding trauma’s impact on communication and trust.

• Elevated Pay Rates:
  Competitive hourly rate £18-£23 per hour exceeding prevailing local rates, ensuring your valuable contributions are recognised.

• Experience and knowledge:
  To work as part of our TLC service suitable experience and embedded knowledge supporting young people in crisis is mandatory.
• You will demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people and demonstrate sound communication and judgement.
• You will be able to evidence clarity over protecting personal and professional boundaries at all times.

• Register under the PVG scheme.
• Ideally have a full driver’s licence and will require business insurance.
