Inverness Badenoch & Strathspey CAB is seeking a dedicated adviser to provide holistic welfare benefits guidance. You will maximise clients’ income through benefits uptake and prepare cases for statutory bodies.
The role also covers energy and health-cost entitlements and requires empathetic, non-judgemental client support. You will work within a supportive team, maintain case records, stay updated on legislation, and contribute to service development.
