Weave Project Lead: Family Support & Partnerships
One Parent Families Scotland leads the Weave Partnership and is seeking the Weave Project Lead to coordinate governance, delivery and learning across partner organisations in Scotland.
You will oversee governance structures, ensure joined-up services, monitor progress, and support families through the MLAM framework, strengthening referrals and learning for stakeholders including the Scottish Government.
