Van Driver

Due to increased parcel volumes, M&H Carriers is expanding! We’re looking for reliable and motivated Multi Drop Van Drivers to join our friendly team in Inverness
. Each driver is responsible for working with fellow Team Members and Management; in a joint effort to ensure our customers are the number one priority by making each interaction a positive one and building a memorable relationship with each event. Drivers perform their daily responsibilities and contribute to the Company’s overall goal of operating efficiently, effectively and profitably. The successful candidate must be motivated, great customer service skills and have an excellent work ethic.

• Deliver and collect parcels within the Inverness area in a friendly, professional manner
• Load and unload your vehicle safely and efficiently
• Accurately scan and record deliveries using a handheld device
• Provide excellent customer service at every drop
• Follow all health and safety procedures

• Full UK Cat B driving licence (up to 6 points considered)
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Ability to lift and move parcels safely (manual handling required)
• Flexible approach to working hours

Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week. Must be flexible with hours. Full time permanent. Monthly pay. Employment is subject to a Basic DBS check within the first 3 weeks of starting. If you don’t have one, you can apply for £25 — M&H Carriers will refund this once you complete your probation period.
