Driver; Multi-Drop

At Mac Gregor Industrial Supplies, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to our customers across the North of Scotland. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Multi-Drop Driver to join our team.

This is more than just a driving role. You'll be the face of our business, ensuring customers receive the right products on time while supporting our warehouse operation when deliveries are complete. • Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers across the North of Scotland.
• Plan and complete daily delivery routes within agreed timescales.
• Load, unload and secure goods to ensure safe transportation.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
• Provide a professional and friendly service, resolving customer queries or passing them to the appropriate team.
• Ensure all driving activities comply with road traffic legislation and company safety procedures.

• Pick and pack customer and warehouse orders accurately.
• Assist with loading delivery vehicles.
• Support general warehouse operations as required.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• As with any role in a growing business, you may occasionally be asked to undertake other duties appropriate to your position.

You’ll be someone who:

• Holds a full UK driving licence (a clean licence is preferred).
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
• Works well independently while also being a supportive team member.
• Is organised, reliable and able to manage their workload effectively.
• Has good literacy and numeracy skills to complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Is flexible and willing to work additional hours when business needs require.
• Adapts positively to change and new challenges.
• A licence to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle with a valid Driver CPC would be advantageous, although full support may be available for the right candidate.
