Resourcing Solution Consultants seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager for Inverness to lead a busy, high-volume operation on the warehouse floor with a team of around 40.
You will drive safety, accuracy and efficiency across goods in, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control, while implementing improvements and transitioning from paper systems.
A hands-on leader who spends time on the warehouse floor to coach and set high standards will succeed.
