As a Warehouse Operative based in Inverness
, you’ll be responsible for the following responsibilities and duties.

• General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries. This involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets, while maintaining high standards in the branch.
• Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying requirements and providing product recommendations.
• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously, maintaining a proactive attitude.
• This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00am – 4:00pm.

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Industry knowledge – advantageous.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training.
