The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Commissioning Coordinator Assistant to join our team based in Inverurie. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Commissioning Coordinators and Document Control department, ensuring the smooth delivery of protection and control documentation, equipment, and administrative processes across Northern Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a technical environment—no electrical background is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in processing drawings and associated documentation
  • Deliver calibrated test equipment, drawings, and NDMs to project sites across Northern Scotland.
  • Provide support to the Document Control department as required, including handling, filing, and controlling project documentation.
  • Work closely with Commissioning Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and information.
About You
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Confident with computers, with solid digital and administrative skills.
  • Willing to travel across Northern Scotland as part of the role.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

No prior electrical or technical experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
