Job PurposeTo provide front of house service to visitors and contractors, administrative support to departments across the business and coordination of general office requirements.
Directly Reports to- HR Business Partner - UK & Europe
- HR Team and all other internal departments
- Clients & Contractors
- Provide a polite and efficient welcome to all visitors to the facility.
- Promptly and politely answer and direct all phone calls to relevant employees.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and out of the facility.
- Handle all mail in accordance with the correct mailing procedure.
- Conducting site inductions for all contractor visits.
- Manage the recruitment mailbox and issue all applications to relevant regional representative.
- Issue regret emails to unsuccessful candidates.
- Support in updating Job Description s.
- Support in input of new hires into AX system.
- Prepare and issue employee letters and vouchers.
- Support in driving Health & Wellbeing Events across the company.
- Support in raising Purchase Requisition s for the department.
- Support in the scheduling of interviews.
- Ordering PPE for new starts.
- Ordering and coordinating catered lunches.
- Maintaining stationary stock.
- Providing administrative support to Project and Design Engineering Teams.
- Supporting in the processing of timesheets for Engineering staff.
- To comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
- Ensure all accidents / incidents / near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is complete.

- Tecno Plug, BISEP, Remotes, Hot Tapping etc
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to business needs.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy.
- Driven / Ambitious results focused.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Forward thinking.
- Well organised.
