Job Title: Graduate/Trainee Residential Surveyor

DM Hall are looking for a Graduate or Trainee Residential Surveyor to join our growing team in the North East of Scotland. About the RoleAs a Graduate/Trainee Residential Surveyor, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship as you work towards independently becoming a Chartered (MRICS) or Associate (Assoc
RICS) Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Residential Surveyors undertake a wide range of surveys and valuations, such as:
- Home Reports
- Pre‑purchase Surveys
- Mortgage Valuation Reports
- Tax Valuations
- Energy Performance Certificates
A key part of your development will involve learning how to inspect and value residential properties, identify defects, and advise clients. You’ll gain practical, hands‑on experience across a broad spectrum of residential properties and client needs, while working closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors.
