Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic teachers who are committed to excellence and ready to work in a dynamic part of Scotland you will support the Head Teacher in the performance of their duties by assisting, and where necessary, deputising for the Head Teacher in the leadership and management of school affairs. As part of the Senior Management Team, lead and manage whole school policy, its implementation and evaluation.

Support the management and development of the school curriculum, learning and teaching provision in order to promote improved educational outcomes.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Salary for this post will be in accordance with SNCT agreements. Applicants must be or eligible to be fully GTC Scotland registered. The advertised salary is for a DHT, Point 7 . However, this post is currently subject to a job sizing exercise which is anticipated to result in either a Point 6 or Point 7 scale for this vacancy .
