Client Support

• Support financial advisers or consultants in providing financial or product advice to clients
• Prepare advisers for client reviews
• Ensure client and plan information is up to date in IO
• Request, chase, upload and validate plan information from providers
• Update contributions, withdrawals, transfers, policy information and fund balances
• Check income expectations and costs and charges information
• Create and check client valuation reports
• Produce One Note packs, including Client Charters, FE Analytics research, KIDs, data capture forms and valuation reports
• Produce comparisons between old and new centralised investment propositions
• Prepare cases for submission to the AST team
• Interrogate data and liaise with advisers to ensure accurate valuations and revenue
• Interact with advisers and client support to deliver excellent customer service
• Produce client letters and answer incoming phone calls
• Handle telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers
• Create and maintain effective client files
• Process new business and submit applications
• Liaise with and chase product providers
• Keep up to date with new products, technical and legislative changes
• Comply with compliance policies
• Engage in training and development
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required, considering TCF and business needs

• A minimum 12 month’s IFA administration experience, supporting an advisor
• Previous regulatory or financial industry experience is desirable
• Good written and oral communication skills
