Phlebotomist - SSN

£20,837.25 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 pa with commission, expenses and overtime, expenses and benefits)

We are looking to recruit individuals from various areas including Aberdeen, Kintore, Leylodge, and Elrick. You will be required to travel to locations such as Buckie, Cullen, Portsoy, Banff, Crovie, Fochabers, and Keith.

If you join us, you'll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of making health confidence accessible to all.

30 hours per week

• 3 x 10-hour shifts per week (excluding travel time), scheduled on any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis.
• Shifts can start any time between 6am and 10pm, based on the allocated pattern.
• The rota is released 3 weeks in advance and follows a rolling schedule.

Salary details:
Base salary of £20,837.25 per year with an OTE of up to £38,000 including commission, expenses, and overtime. Plus, standard company benefits.

At Bluecrest, we prioritize quality in all we do, including our clinic venues. You will work across various venues throughout your region.

Your day will start with planning your route and traveling to your assigned venue, which may take from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Upon arrival, you'll unpack, set up your kit, and greet customers. You can expect to see 15 to 22 customers daily, with appointments ranging from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the package and assessments.

You will perform various health assessments, such as PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests. You'll also advise on further testing when appropriate and update all relevant records.

Note:
You will not be required to relay results or lifestyle advice post-assessment.
