Broadgate is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join our Aberdeen-based, hybrid-working team. You will support a diverse UK portfolio, offering practical HR advice and solutions across employee relations, employment law, HR policies and documentation.
In this role you'll work with clients at different growth stages, develop HR toolkits and templates, mentor colleagues and help build inclusive, values-led workplaces. Some client-site travel will be required.
