Personnel & Logistics Coordinator | Aberdeen North | Temporary Contract
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Personnel & Logistics Coordinator to join a busy operations team supporting offshore and onshore projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in personnel coordination, mobilisation, logistics or operations support within the energy sector.
Key duties include:- Personnel scheduling and mobilisation
- Travel, accommodation and logistics coordination
- Training and certification management
- Maintaining compliance and personnel records
- Liaising with project teams and offshore personnel
- General administrative and operational support
- Previous experience in Personnel Coordination, Mobilisation or Logistics
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Offshore Energy or Oil & Gas experience preferred
