Therapists will assess patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. This role involves flexible scheduling for patient care and supervising COTAs in the SNF setting.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
- Accredited
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice. - Ethical Compliance:
Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong Organizational and Problem‑Solving Skills
- Flexibility and Team Collaboration

- Experience with Geriatric Population
- Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations
