As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well‑rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Iola, KS plant, you will be a Warehouse Associate.

As warehouse personnel, our distribution center works closely with our production plant. We specialize in the warehousing and shipping of Gates finished hydraulic hoses and their various parts.

• Receive raw materials and deliver them to production
• Package and ship finished hoses, marked with the Gates logo, to customers worldwide.
• Handle inbound shipments, process outbound orders, complete paperwork, fill orders, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory.
• Work collaboratively to support safety, productivity, and the delivery of high-quality products.
• Consistently demonstrate safe work habits and adhere to all safety requirements.
• Inspect materials visually and physically to ensure compliance with established standards
• Plan, evaluate, set up, and operate necessary equipment while verifying compliance
• Utilize scanners and internal production systems efficiently.

• Basic proficiency in reading, math, computer usage, and measurement skills required
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and over 50 lbs
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions throughout all processes
• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is essential for this role
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment
• Willingness to support team members, step in as needed, and share knowledge for cross‑training purposes
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Shifts Available

Full‑Time

• 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday Friday
• 3:00pm to 11:30pm Monday Friday
• 11:00pm to 7:00am Sunday Thursday

Or Weekends Part‑Time

• 7:00am to 7:00pm or 7:00am to 12:00pm Saturday, Sunday or Friday or Monday
• 3:00pm to 11:00pm or 3:00pm to 6:00pm Choice of 4 days (2 8‑hour shifts, 2 4‑hour shifts)
