The Machine Operator is responsible for assisting in the setup, operation, and monitoring of machines to produce parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm but shift could vary based on production needs

• Operate machines.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper tooling is in place.
• Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Read and follow basic blueprints, work orders, and production instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance.
• Assist with basic machine setups and tool changes (training provided).

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical or manufacturing background preferred.
• Ability to read basic measurements (inches, millimeters).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30–50 lbs as needed.
