Overview
We're excited to announce that we’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide vital mental health care in a correctional facility. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to conduct assessments, make diagnoses, and offer meaningful treatment for individuals facing mental health challenges. You'll also play an essential part in crisis intervention and help connect individuals with additional resources when needed.

- Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Offer both individual and group therapy sessions.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and coordinate referrals to additional services.
- Maintain precise, confidential records documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the facility's mental health program.
Licensure: Active LMFT license in California (newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time.
Schedule Flexibility: Options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts to accommodate work-life balance.
