LVN - Ione, CA

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA (Must be licensed for at LEAST 1 year)
• Driver’s License or Passport Identification
• BLS (American Heart Association only)
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be able to undergo a background check and drug screen
• Must be up to date on vaccinations, COVID-19 is not requried at the moment

• Provide direct nursing care to individuals within a local facility.
• Assess and address the healthcare needs of paitent's including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks.
• Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency.
• Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.
