• Perform trusted link process to download releases on CMS
• Ensure releases have not been duplicated
• Follow up on shipping schedules (weekly & daily)
• Obtain transportation access authorization
• Generate shipping paperwork
• Validate ASN
• Maintain paperwork records
• Respond to customer tickets
• Report open issues at shift change
• Order materials, supplies, or equipment
• Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance
• Package objects for shipping
• Deliver items
• Respond to customer problems or complaints
• Acknowledge responsibilities and management of EMS as per policy CEVPL.
