• Attend all required training, meetings, and development activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full‑time schedule with flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods and lift 10 lbs as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; eligible for benefits and promotion.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first attitude.
