What Our Client Service Representative Do

• Welcome clients and patients warmly with empathy and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling, multi-doctor calendars, and maintain accurate client/patient records
• Process payments and communicate pricing, policies, and services clearly
• Handle high call volumes and balance competing priorities efficiently
• Recognize and communicate urgent or emergent concerns to the medical team promptly
• Navigate sensitive conversations and challenging interactions with empathy
• Collaborate with doctors and technicians to support smooth workflows and patient care
• Take initiative during slower periods and maintain organized work spaces
• Exercise sound judgment, take ownership of responsibilities, and speak up about safety concerns
