Project Manager- Food Industry

Responsibilities

• Project Manager with 13–15 years experience, responsible for preparing scope of work documents.
• Obtain estimates for cost and schedule to P&G.
• Prepare funding package aligning with stakeholders and securing approval through the STEAM portal.
• Generate Equipment Status Memorandums.
• Coordinate vendors, create Critical Path Schedules (CPS) as required, prepare meeting minutes and action item lists, follow up, and ensure work is completed per project scope.
• Execute technical deliverables identified by a multi‑functional team as part of the Project Delivery Team.
• Develop and review sourcing plans via the sourcing tool as required.
• Generate and maintain issue lists.
• Produce IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports.
• Conduct project reviews with the operations team.
• Initiate change control and close change control actions when necessary.
• Assist in creating purchase requisitions by preparing scope of work documents (SOW for vendors) and coordinating with the P&G Coupa system operator.
• Obtain completed documentation such as Operation & Maintenance Manuals, technical drawings/documents, spare part lists and quotes, and update site layouts as per project requirements.
• Receive vendor invoices, perform capitalization, close purchase orders, WBS closures, and project closures via STEAM.

• E‑Trending generation and upkeep.
• Expertise with SAP.

• Strong planning, estimating, and scheduling skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership capability.
• Familiarity with Engineering Work Processes (EWP) and documentation needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Good knowledge of packing and making systems.
