Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager provides technical and people leadership to ensure engineering excellence, consistent standards, and effective project execution across locations. This role focuses on aligning engineering practices, developing talent, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, efficient, and market-responsive solutions.

• Lead and maintain engineering standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective application
• Oversee engineering change requests, workload planning, and project execution
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and risk mitigation
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineering staff through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and training
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing development for new and remote team members
• Lead department meetings to align goals, share updates, and promote collaboration
• Monitor project progress, assess outcomes, address obstacles, and recommend solutions
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sales, purchasing, quality, and customer support
• Contribute to product development initiatives and provide technical support as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role preferred
• Experience managing teams, conducting performance reviews, and mentoring engineers
• Background in manufacturing environments; experience with industrial or equipment-based products preferred
• Knowledge of engineering change management processes
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, design principles, and manufacturing processes
