Our model of health education is to engage, educate and empower employees to make healthier lifestyle decisions. LES believes Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) are highly qualified professionals to counsel employees on biometric screening results and help them gain a clearer understanding of their health risks.

Summary: Health educators will review participants’ biometric screening results (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, glucose, blood pressure, body composition) and provide general information about health and nutrition during a brief one‑on‑one session.

• Review and explain participants’ screening results (height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist measurement, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose).
• Provide brief interventions to help participants understand actionable behaviors that can influence their health.
• Offer appropriate health recommendations as needed.
• Keep records of interactions with screening participants as directed by the Labcorp Program Manager.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with experience in health psychology and motivational interviewing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic tablet and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum age 18 years.

$45–$50 per hour. All job offers are based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.

Employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee stock purchase plan). Employees scheduled less than 20 hours per week qualify for the 401(k) plan only.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
