• Configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory and Link Epic applications
• Analyze system requirements and document workflows to enhance user experience
• Implement changes and provide support to end‑users for optimal use of Epic software
• Manage small to medium projects and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis for system issues

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or a related field
