Position Overview

The TMA Administrator will maintain, extrapolate, and analyze data from the department CMMS and related applications. They will schedule queries, generate reports, and develop effective system modules. The role includes routine database review to keep space and equipment inventory current, and fosters an operational understanding of critical facilities systems and existing workflows. The administrator participates in the design, testing, and validation of workflows to enhance application depth and customer support.

Work independently to triage requests for service, define tasks, research software and hardware options, and lead related tasksanud as part of larger projects. Support a variety of application needs across facilities and HCIS supported systems requiring integrated data, and communicate regularly with proprietary software systems and HCIS to ensure successful integration and upgrades.

Understands and monitors compliance of business needs, regulations and industry concernsатики related to facilities to continually meet requirements in our CMMS. Coordinate with department management to schedule, prioritize and develop frequencies for corrective and preventative work orders.

Work cooperatively with Bioengineering and other department staff to ensure urgent needs are met timely. Provide workflow and technology support at the point-of-care for complex issues, develop training materials, and provide 1:1, small group training and customer implementation support.

This role works a regular shift, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM but may require occasional work outside regular hours for earlier shift coverage. The position reports to the Support Services Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities Reporting / Data Analysis
  • Create and distribute standard and custom reports for Bioengineering including preventative maintenance, phone call & online work order tracking, infection control, PM risk reports.
  • Monitor and ensure efficient and on-time workflow activity through use of the Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
  • Create, revise,wps and update dashboards for users.
Technical Support
  • Review potential applications and design hardware/software interfaces.
  • Actively participate in onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Maintain, support, and train on departmental systems:
    WebTMA, Power BI, Bioengineering Web App, iPads.
Coordination
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to service requestors and serve as backup coverage to call center staff.
  • Provide input to Engineering Services Department strategic planning for various projects.
  • Escalate appropriate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional and positive interdepartmental communication with timely follow‑up Incorrectly.
  • Demonstrate ability to align UI Health Care's strategic plan with department operations.
Program Administration
  • Administer and manage the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Execute and monitor established procedures for corrective, preventative, routine, and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Schedule, prioritize, and distribute corrective and preventative work orders and iPad assignments to optimize departmental workflow.
  • Develop CMMS system for additional departments per management direction.
  • Update assigned policy and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s песни Degree; or an equivalent combination of prostor education and experience.

  • Minimum of 1‑3 years’ experience in the development, administration and/or support of software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrate ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical staff.
