A global leader in plastic packaging is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at a state‑of‑the‑art, highly automated, 24/7 high‑speed manufacturing facility.

• Lead and develop a 20‑person maintenance team in a fast‑paced, automated production environment.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of stretch blow molding equipment, robotics, conveyors, air systems, and auxiliary equipment.
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive/predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with production and engineering on upgrades, installations, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and technical standards.

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in high‑speed, automated manufacturing (plastics, packaging, beverage, food, CPG, or similar).
• Experience improving uptime, OEE, and maintenance programs.
• Background in stretch blow molding is a plus.
