• Promote safety by participating in safety engagement and following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform testing on product samples by following work instructions and customer specifications, determining if the product meets criteria.
• Record testing and measuring results by entering information into a computer.
• Check product and raw stock quality at machines by visual inspection.
• Use 5Y process to troubleshoot issues.
• Move hazardous waste materials from one area of the facility to another.
• Attend initial and annual plant hazardous waste training.
• Serve as a quality mentor.
• Calibrate testing equipment as necessary.
• Prepare samples, record test data, certify and send to customers.
• Initiate internal rejections based on non-conformance.
• Maintain regular and reliable on‑site attendance.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and customers.
• Previous experience that provides the qualifications to perform the job duties.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Ability to differentiate colors.
• Ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, take accurate measurements, and make calculations.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to communicate positively both verbally and in writing.
• Previous manufacturing/quality experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including ear plugs, safety glasses, and steel‑toe shoes.

• 12‑hour rotating night shifts on D Crew (7 PM‑7 AM).
• Rotating schedule, including every other weekend or rotating day off.

• Competitive Pay:
  Starting at $23.00/hour + 6% night shift differential.
