We offer a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts to support work-life balance and focus.

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• PRN Options Available

• Lead patient intake:
  Perform focused assessments, vitals collection, and drug screenings with efficiency and accuracy.
• Document with precision:
  Create and maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs), support MAT protocols, and educate patients on their medications.
• Support operations:
  Switch easily between patient care and light administrative duties to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Act with urgency:
  Monitor for clinical changes, respond quickly to needs, and follow up consistently.
• Lead with impact:
  Be a strong, steady presence within an interdisciplinary team committed to outcomes.

• ✔ Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)
• ✔ Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is strongly preferred
• ✔ Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) a plus
• ✔ Excellent triage, communication, and time-management skills
• ✔ Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire
