Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic pub team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, knowledgeable menu guidance, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for food service, hospitality, and guest relations!

• Greet guests and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving issues professionally.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy.
• Experience in hospitality roles.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Pay:
From $4.75 per hour + Tips

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
