- Performs general cooking, food preparation and plating meals using standardized recipes and procedure.
- Cleans and sanitizes the A la Carte cooking area.
- Checks food against predetermined quality prior to service and records quality control information.
Variable hours 5am-9pm including nights, weekends, and holidays. Variable days off. Hourly wage $17.58 per hour.
