• Cut and prepare meats for our meat cases, using outstanding knife skills, equipment, and/or machinery.
• Interact with customers and team members daily.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a retail and counter‑service environment.
• Spend frequent and extended periods of time in chilled and freezer environments working with a variety of natural animal products.
• Lift and carry 50–75 pounds on a regular basis.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman or above cutting all varieties and cuts of fresh meats in a restaurant, grocery or locker/meat market setting.
• Knowledge of seafood products and preparation.
• Outstanding knife skills.
• Experience in preparing specialty products (sausage, smoked, and meal‑ready).
• Demonstrated retail customer service experience and skills.
• Familiarity with organic and natural foods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work long hours.
• Experience on all machinery and equipment used in a full‑service meat and seafood preparation facility.
• Ability to read and speak English and perform simple math problems.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced creative environment.
